We all have that one friend who finishes writing the email; it’s just three lines long, and nothing in it is risky. But then they read it once, then again, then change one word, then change it back. They hover the cursor over send again and again before sending, imagining what could go wrong!

Work emails are rarely just information; they carry our reputation, competence, and sometimes our worth in front of colleagues and bosses. While each message can be traced back, read and reread, we all make it a point to send spik and span wordings be it a routine meeting email or one that talks of promotions or invites.
