You walk into a restaurant, find a table, pull out the chair, and start scanning the menu. A few minutes later, you are happily planning your first bite.
Nobody walks into a restaurant thinking, “Hmm, I wonder which surface has seen the most hands today?”
Fair enough. We are there for the food.
