Originally the icon bought the space back in 2017 and spent a whopping USD 24.5 million on the magnificent estate. Angelina Jolie sells the Los Feliz property
Madonna has become the next famed owner of the 1913 estate after DeMille and Jolie. According to The New York Post, the singer was able to get a private tour of the home even when she was not in Los Angeles, all thanks to Angelina Jolie. The report revealed that after the actress found out that the pop icon was interested in purchasing the property, she had a personal tour set up especially for her.Originally, the star had listed the property on the market in spring for USD 29.85 million; however, she sold it off for much less. However, Jolie still incurred a profit of USD 250,000 more than what she paid for it in 2017.
