However, they were reluctant to give the store the highest rating because it did not offer anything featuring their favourite seafood.The couple visited Maine every year because they loved lobster. The narrator explained their reasoning, saying, “But they said they could only give the store a grade of ‘B’ because the reason they come to Maine every year is because they love lobsters. And a store without lobster can never get an ‘A’,”Rather than letting the comment pass, the owner decided to take up the challenge and find a way to bring lobster into an ice cream recipe.
